Easy Air Fryer Hash Brown Breakfast

Thiiiis is so good. I’m not a huge breakfast person but I’m definitely not one to just grab a piece of fruit in the morning. More of a savory gal, ya feel me? I’ve been making a few different variations of this for a while now but I think I’ve finally nailed it. I wake up craving it…you will too.

Ingredients:

  • 1 Trader Joes frozen hash brown

  • 1 egg

  • Cream cheese

  • Trader Joes Everything But The Bagel Seasoning

  • Avocado (optional)

Directions:

  • Put the hash brown in the air fryer at 400 degrees for 5 minutes. Flip it and put it back in for 5 more minutes.

  • Meanwhile, cook your egg in a pan. I usually put a little bit of Earth Balance dairy free butter in the pan and heat it over medium/low heat before cooking the egg. Don’t overcook it! Be patient with the lower heat. It’s worth it.

  • Remove hash brown from the air fryer and top with a little bit (or a lot) of cream cheese.

  • Add some mashed avocado if you’re feelin that journey for yourself today.

  • Add the egg on top.

  • Sprinkle as much Everything But The Bagel Seasoning as your heart desires & enjoy!

This recipe is easily duplicated if you’re making breakfast for a friend orrr if it’s just a two servings kind of day for you! Do It How You Feel It, fam!
